I've been staying back from school everyday so far, and I can honestly say that I'm burnt out already. The earliest I go home each day is 4PM. I'm just tired already.

On a side note, signature drive is going well. :)

I just love little vintage trinkets and charms like these, I never know why, but I just do. :)

We woke up at 5AM just to go to Klang to stand for the guard of honour under the sun for about 4 hours, without being allowed to move our bodies. Not to mention the stinging heat during our rehearsal the other day. But we went, and manages to stand it for those 4 hours.

This is the only picture I have of the 5 of us for now. Been training with these 4 girls for over 2 months, and believe me, it wasn't easy. We has our disagreements and conflicts and whatnot but we managed to pull through it anyways. We ended up getting gold for Short Case and silver for Home Nursing, but nevertheless, we were still more than disappointed. Oh well, there's always the next competition. Btw, pardon our eye bags, we stayed up the whole night bleaching, tumbling dry, last minute trainings, polishing shoes, eating kitkats, pringles, and sewing on our badges and ended up with only 1 hour of sleep. I kid you not.

I apologize (I mean, that's basically what I do now, every time I post something here) for being faithful here in my blog. I just realized that I haven't even posted anything this whole year! So this my first post of the year. So. Yeah.

Things have been hectic (I feel like my whole schooling life is being described by this word). But really, it has been. We usually get like one whole stack of homework to complete with more piling up from other work as well. And not to mention that I have to stayback practically everyday for training.

I can't say much now, cause there's a whole lot of work that I have to complete by tomorrow, so I have to go now. But I promise, I'll blog as much as I can when things settle down.

2012.

I suppose this is the part where I go all nostalgic about the year that has past and do some cheers for the up coming year. I don't know, I suppose everyone just expects it. Well, I suppose this year has been a heck of a year, but since when were they never?

But anyways, today has been a hectic, hectic day. Woke up at 6.15AM to get ready to be at Marissa's house by 7.00AM. Gathered at SMKDU by 7.30AM and waited for the bus till 7.50AM. Had rehearsal for guard of honour for the Trooping of the Colours, which is a quite big event in St John. It was blazing hot, I tell you. I could feel the whole right side of my face (the sun was shining from that direction) burning. Sweat was trickling all over and the mot stupid part was that it kept trickling right into my eyes or past my eye, making it look like I just cried. But when we do senang diri or sedia, you can practically see most people having sweat dripping from their hair. I'm not joking, we had to stand there for ages, not moving AT ALL. We had some short breaks in between, with cans of 100 Plus to accompany us. I think I have some blisters on my feet now D:

Left the KPS area HQ at about 12.30PM and rushed like a ninja to get ready to go to OU. Went to OU and had lunch at Sakae Sushi (t was my dad's birthday yesterday) and ate ate ate :B later on, I had Tutti Frutti.

Reached home at about 5.30PM and just feel asleep on my bed till my woke me up at 7.00PM. Went to church for the year end service, left at about 9.30PM.

And now, I'm blogging. I'm in the right mind to take nap now (I'm so tired D:) and waking up later to countdown. DECISIONS.

And on a side note, I really need to clean my table.

Nah, maybe next year. (I know, this is a lame joke)

Just in case you guys are wondering which part of the world have I disappeared to or whether I have been eaten by lions along the way, let me assure you that I'm still safely tucked in my bed, blogging, while waiting for my hair to dry. My chatbox have been spammed with the adver bots and I'm gonna delete them right after I post this post (and I also read the notification from ShoutMix about a week ago. thiz iz so sad :( ). And now I'll try to drag this post as long as possible to update you with what has been going on in my life lately.

Basically for the first few days after I've stopped blogging, I've been attending my holiday training (as usual). After that, I went to Kangar/Penang, following my mum for a work tripon the 13th and came back on the 14th. After that, I went for the annual State Cadet Camp (for those who've been reading my blog faithfully, remember the camp that I said there were 400 campers last year? There were 500 this time) from the 17th till 21st. Met people I've known but never came to speak to them before, met new people which I'd hopefully never see again in my whole life, and more than ever, gained my confidence to be able to speak out (I was group leader for Group V *does a peace sign because it looks like a V*).

Well, I left camp on the 20th night at about 11PM because I was so sad that I lost my shoe :( I had to go to Cherating the next day. Left for Cherating at 8AM the next morning, had a whole lot of fun, and realized a lot of things that were very much different than when I was younger.

Reached home on the 23rd at about 4PM, quickly got out my laptop to search for last minute chords, then packed my laptop, grabbed my halfway-done hula skirt, my laptop bag, a change of clothes and a towel, and a mop, and rushed to the Seaport Divisional Year End Party. Had a whole lot of fun being in the Music Department, and getting out of game that involves many accidental/onpurpose shoves in to the pool. Pull out our very impromptu performance, with me and Marissa on the guitar and some other random people singing along. We sang Feliz Navidad :) After all those, we finally could take a dip at the pool at about 10.55PM and we were asked to get out by the guards at 11PM. Reached home at about 12.30PM and finally collapsed on my bed..

..just to be awakened the next morning and rushed to go buy ingredients and baked for the whole day. The amount of cookies I baked could practically feed a whole army (i'm not joking). I baked about 5 times the usual amount I usually bake (and that is A LOT.).

AND IT WAS CHRISTMAS! =D *cue jingle bell playing* Went over to aunt's house (it's a yearly tradition) and got to see my many many cousins and nieces which I've never really realized how much I actually enjoyed being with and missed them. Has a blast of a night.

Was awakened again then next day (can't a girl get her sleep?!) to Kanna's Curry House with my other aunt and uncle. Ate like a pig *points at my brother as well*.

After everything dies down a little, been attending trainings again (I was supposed to go to Kepong for training today, but I wasn't feeling well. so yea). Tomorrow (or today, since it's already 12AM+), I'll be going to school to get ready for orientation and also on the 30th, for orientation.

And now, I really need to go to sleep before I pass out. Goodnight everybody!
